1. DJ SERVICES
DJ Kimmy Nu Entertainment provides professional DJ, music curation, hosting, event entertainment, and related services for weddings, schools and universities, corporate and brand events, private celebrations, nightlife, festivals, concerts, and other events.
Submitting an inquiry, scheduling a consultation, or receiving a proposal does not reserve an event date.
Your date is considered officially secured only after all required booking steps outlined in your proposal or service agreement have been completed, which may include a signed contract and required deposit.
2. PROPOSALS & AVAILABILITY
All proposals, quotes, packages, and availability are subject to change until a booking is officially confirmed.
Receiving a proposal does not guarantee that a requested date will remain available. DJ Kimmy Nu Entertainment reserves the right to accept other bookings until the required contract and payment have been completed.
Pricing may vary depending on event type, duration, location, equipment needs, travel, production requirements, and additional services requested.
3. CONTRACTS & EVENT-SPECIFIC TERMS
Confirmed bookings may require a separate service agreement outlining the specific terms of your event.
Your signed service agreement may include terms regarding payments, cancellations, rescheduling, event access, equipment, overtime, travel, client responsibilities, music requests, and other event-specific requirements.
If there is a conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will govern the applicable booking.
4. PAYMENTS
Payment schedules and deposit requirements will be provided within your proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Clients are responsible for making payments by the deadlines associated with their booking.
Additional services, event hours, equipment, travel, or other requests may result in additional charges when applicable.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. DJ Kimmy Nu Entertainment is not responsible for the privacy practices, processing systems, or technical issues of third-party payment platforms.
5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Cancellation and rescheduling terms vary depending on the service booked and will be outlined in the applicable service agreement.
Clients should review their contract carefully before completing a booking.
Any request to cancel, postpone, or reschedule an event should be communicated to DJ Kimmy Nu Entertainment as soon as possible.
6. EVENT INFORMATION & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely event information, including dates, times, venue details, timelines, contacts, music preferences, announcements, and other information necessary to provide services.
DJ Kimmy Nu Entertainment may establish deadlines for final event details or changes so adequate preparation can take place.
Late changes may not always be accommodated.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring appropriate venue access, permissions, power, setup space, and other requirements communicated before the event.
7. MUSIC REQUESTS & CREATIVE DISCRETION
DJ Kimmy Nu Entertainment welcomes client preferences, must-play selections, do-not-play requests, and other music guidance.
However, unless otherwise agreed in writing, DJ Kimmy Nu retains reasonable professional and creative discretion regarding song selection, sequencing, transitions, and crowd engagement during an event.
Song requests are subject to availability, event guidelines, client restrictions, timing, and professional judgment.
8. WEBSITE CONTENT
All website content—including written copy, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, playlists, logos, and other creative materials—is owned by or used with permission by DJ Kimmy Nu Entertainment unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
9. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & PLAYLISTS
DJ Kimmy Nu Entertainment may offer curated playlists, downloadable content, or other digital products.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, digital products are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, shared for commercial purposes, or represented as the purchaser's own work.
Because digital products are delivered electronically, purchases may be subject to separate refund or usage terms presented at checkout.

12. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We work to keep this website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will always be error-free or current.
